So what exactly would constitute a token? Included below, the reference and why I ask.

Token of Enmity - You must at all times wear a visible Blighted token. If you have been
Corrupted, this token should represent that Corruption. You do +1 Damage against
Entropic Beings, save for those beings to which you have been Corrupted. If you are
not Corrupted, or Corrupted by the Wrath, you do +1 Damage against all Entropic

Is it a piece of costuming I just call a token? Or can I have it represented by make-up?

Also, along this same vein, I am approaching damage cap for my weapon. I know there are certain skills that will allow be to break the cap. But do buffs like this also break that cap or do they also top out?

I believe that this token can be represented by costuming, such as a pendant or something.

I do not believe that this would break cap, due to it being a permanent +1, and those usually do not break cap. It also doesn't state that it breaks cap, which usually they do.

Hope that helps!

To expand on this a bit, make up probably won't suffice because it will be difficult for players to tell the difference between players utilizing this token and players with the usual make-up representing high levels of blight.
